摘 要:TC16钛合金是马氏体型α+β两相高强钛合金,能够通过热处理改善其组织与性能。研究了退火温度与固溶加时效工艺对TC16钛合金棒材性能的影响。结果表明:TC16钛合金采用800~820℃保温2 h,以2~4℃/min冷速随炉冷却至550℃后空冷的退火工艺,能够获得所需的强度和满足冷镦要求的工艺性能;降低固溶温度、延长时效时间与提高时效温度,有利于改善TC16钛合金的塑性,反之,有利于提高TC16钛合金的强度。TC16 alloy belongs to martensite α+β alloy with high tensile, its microstrncture and properties can be improved by heat treatment. The effects of annealing and solution treatments on the properties of TC16 alloy bars were studied. The result shows that TC16 alloy treated at 800-820 ℃ for 2 h , and after furnace cooling to 550 ℃ with 2 -4 ℃/ min cooling rate, followed by air cooling, can meet the requirements of strength and cold heading process performance . Reducing the solution temperature, extending the aging time and increasing aging temperature, will help to improve the plasticity of the TC16 titanium alloy, in turn, help to improve the strength of the TC16 titanium alloy.
