胺菊酯、氯菊酯杀虫气雾剂的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：采用填充柱和FID气相色谱法,以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物,恒定柱温,对胺菊酯、氯菊酯进行分析。结果表明,胺菊酯、氯菊酯得到有效分离;其相对标准偏差分别为0.54%,0.91%;线性回归系数分别为0.998 7,0.998 1;回收率分别为95.3%,94.8%。An effective method to determine tetramethrin and permethrin was established by using diamyl phthalate as internal standard,and packed column at constant temperature.The results indicated that tetramethrin and permethrin were separated and determined effectively,the relative standard deviations were 0.54% and 0.91%,the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9987 and 0.9981,the recoveries were 95.3% and 94.8%,respectively.
