摘　　要：郑州大学化学实验教学示范中心积极探索创新型人才培养模式,形成了一体化、多层次、开放式的实验教学体系,达到了深化基础、循序渐进、突出重点、全面提高的目标。文章就注重学生个性化和创新能力培养、优化实验教学和技术人员队伍、加强实验室信息化建设、强化中心开放作用等方面进行了论述。In order to cultivate excellent chemistry professional talents, the Demonstration Center of Chemistry Experiment Teaching of Zhengzhou University carried out the reform of experiment teaching. The center explored the cultivation mode on innovative talents and formed an integrative, multi-level and opening system, and reached the aims of strengthening basis, going forward in order, overhanging focal points and improving overall. The center focused on the students ＇ personality cultivation, optimized the teaching team and experi- mental technical team, enhanced the information construction of the experiment, and strengthened the opening function of the demonstration center.
