摘　　要：开放式实验教学是当前军校实验教学的改革趋势,然而在开放过程中耗材增加、设备故障率提高、维护维修不及时等问题日益凸现。为保障开放实验室的正常运行,建立合理的实验教学保障模式,是开放式实验教学迫切需要解决的问题。从解决存在的问题入手,提出完善和规范实验室运行经费投入机制,建设一支高水平、多层次、稳定的实验人员队伍和建立并完善实验设备的维护维修机制等3个方面的具体方案。The developing trend of experimental teaching reform in military academy is opening experimental teaching. However, during the opening process, there are more and more problems existing, which include the need of more materials, the increase of equipment fault rate and the deficiencies of maintenance. The most urgent problem about opening experimental teaching is to support the opening laboratories＇normal running and establish a reasonable support mode for experimental teaching. Based on the problems in our university, three specific schemes are proposed, i. e. , improving and regulating the inputs mechanism of the lahoratorial operational funds, constructing a steady team with high-quality and multi-level, and optimizing the maintenance mechanism of experimental equipment.
