摘　　要：文章提出通过采用云计算的虚拟化、分布式存储、弹性调度等技术,可以实现统一的业务执行环境和开发环境;通过构建下一代业务交付平台(NGSDP),可以使电信能力更加开放,业务之间更易于融合。文章认为开放API的使用,可以使业务的开发、发布更加简单,开发周期大大缩短,投资收益变高;通过虚拟化和统一资源调度,可以使应用与具体的网络环境松耦合,业务之间集成更加方便。A unified business and development environment can be realized by using cloud computing technologies such as virtualization, distributed storage, and elastic scheduling. Constructing a next generation of service delivery platform can make the telecommunications more open and easy to integrate into businesses. Business development is made easier and there is a shorter development cycle and increased investment returns when open application programming interface （API） is used. Virtualization and resource scheduling will loosen the coupling between application and specific network environment and make business integration more convenient.
