摘　　要：政治参与作为现代化的重要标志,是现代国家发展过程中不容忽视的重要问题之一。南京国民政府时期,是整个中国社会从传统走向现代的重要时期。江苏作为国民党政权能够真正掌控的地区之一,对其研究具有重要的意义。综合运用历史学、政治学等研究方法,通过丰富的史料,对民国江苏民众团体政治参与问题进行了较为全面的历史考察,大体总结了民国江苏民众团体政治参与的若干特点,大致还原了当时的历史图景。As an important symbol of the modernization of the modern state, political participation is one of the most important prob- lems should not be ignored in the development process of modern state. Nanjing national government period is the impor- tant period of the Chinese society from traditional to modern. Jiangsu as Kuomintang regime can truly control region, its re- search has important significance. Through the rich historical materials, this paper uses political, historical and other re- search methods to historical investigate on the Jiangsu public organizations＇ political participation during Nanjing National Government period, generally summarizes some characteristics of the public organizations＇ political participation, approxi- mately restore the historical picture of that time.
