参麦注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨参麦注射液在慢性肺心病急性加重期患者的疗效。方法对61例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者随机分为两组:对照组(31例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组给予常规西医综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药参麦注射液进行干预,参麦注射液40 ml加入5%葡萄糖250 ml静滴,每日1次,共10 d。10 d后比较两组治疗前、治疗后的动脉血气分析、脑钠肽(BNP)、APACHEⅡ评分水平和临床疗效。结果治疗组10 d后动脉血气分析、脑钠肽、临床疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期能有效缓解病情,改善临床症状。Objective To research the effect of Shenmai Injection on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 61 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group（n=31） were treated with conventional therapy,and those in the treatment group（n=30） received the same treatment but with intravenous infusion of Shenmai Injection additionally,The treatment lasted for 10 days.The arterial blood gas values,the APACHEⅡscore,the level of B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP） and the efficiency were compared before treatment and after treatment.Results The arterial blood gas values,the level of BNP and the efficiency after treatment in the treatment group were markedly improved（P0.05）.Conclusion Shenmai Injection is effective in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute exacerbation.
