区域创新投入能力与创新绩效的协调性研究

摘　　要：依据我国30个省(市、区)数据,对区域创新绩效和创新投入能力进行评价,并运用集对分析评价方法分析两者之间的协调性关系,研究结果表明:我国区域间创新资源配置具有一定的合理性,创新绩效较高的地区配置的创新资源比较多,但这种资源配置的合理性并不高,具有进一步提升的空间。By means of Set Pair Analysis ,this paper empirically analyzes the harmony between the input capacity of innovation resources and the efficiency of regional innovation in the 30 provinces in China. The results show the input of innovation resources is rational in some aspects to some extent,the resources majorly flow to the region which is high efficient, but the rationality is not notable, and there is still more room for optimizing the allocation of resources.
