摘　　要：社会发展观是社会发展理论的重要内容之一。从社会学视角出发,探究我国高新技术园区发展内涵问题,对推进园区现代化建设与社会发展意义重大而深远。因此,应以社会学、哲学与经济学中的发展理论为起点,系统探寻园区科学发展的内涵渊源;以科学发展观的时代性、实践性、协同性、人本性等为基础,合理把握园区经济、政治、文化、社会的科学发展特征;以理念强化为核心,全面认识园区科学发展对实现园区自身功能价值、解决园区经济可持续发展、协调园区社会利益的重要意义。Abstract：The social outlook on development is one significant part of the social development theories. To explore the research on the contents of high-teeh zone social development from social perspective will have significant influence on the modernization and social development. From the development theory combined with sociology, philosophy and economics, the connotation origin of scientific development of high-tech zone should be systematically explored in order to realize economically, politically, culturally, socially scientific and sustainable development.
