阴式与腹腔镜子宫全切除术58例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究分析阴式与腹腔镜子宫全切除术的临床治疗效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院于2009年3月-2011年3月收治的58例需行子宫全切术的患者,在尊重患者意愿以及自身特点的情况下,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组36例行腹腔镜手术,对照组22例行阴式手术,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果:对照组手术时间少于治疗组,术中出血量方面治疗组较少;治疗组术后镇痛用药率、术后肛门排气时间以及住院时间均优于对照组;治疗组并发症发生率为11.1%,对照组发生率为9.0%。结论:阴式与腹腔镜子宫全切除术各有利弊,应根据患者实际情况具体实施。Objective ：To study the Yin type and the analysis of laparoscopie resection of the clinical treatment of effect.Methods ：The hospital from March 2009 to March 2011 58 eases were to do the uterus cut method of patients, patients and in respect to the characteristics of its own case, which is divided into the treatment group （36 routine laparoseopic surgery） and the control group （22 routine Yin type operation）, comparison and analysis of the two groups of therapeutic effect.Results ：In the control group operation time less than the treatment group, peri-operatlve bleeding in less treatment group.The treatment group postoperative analgesia usage rate, postoperative anus and hospitalization time exhaust time are better than control group.The treatment group complications for 11.1%, a rate of 9.0% in the control group.Concluslon ：Yin type and laparoscopic uterine total resection has its own advantages and disadvantages, should according to patients with actual situation specific implementation.
