摘 要:目的 建立一个可定量的不同程度脑损伤模型。方法 应用自由落体方法造成大鼠轻、中、重三型脑损伤模型 ,进行含水量、血脑屏障定量测定和超微结构观察。结果 损伤越重 ,脑挫裂伤灶越明显 ,血脑屏障破坏越明显 ,脑水肿程度越重 ,脑水肿程度与损伤程度相关。? Objective To produce models of quantifiable and graded brain trauma.Methods The brain contusion device was adopted from the impact method described by Feeney et al,and mild,moderate and severe brain trauma were made by dropping weight.Brain water contents,blood brain barrier and ultrastructure were observed.Results With the extent of trauma became more severe,brain contusion,blood brain barrier disruption and brain edema were more evident,and there is a close corelation between the degree of trauma grade and brain edema.Conclusion A stabilized model of graded brain trauma was established. 〔
