腹部闭合性损伤合并单纯小肠破裂50例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的:研究腹部闭合性损伤合并单纯小肠破裂的临床诊断以及治疗方法,提高治愈率,降低病死率。方法:回顾性分析2009年12月-2011年12月笔者所在医院手术治疗的腹部闭合性外伤合并单纯小肠破裂50例的临床诊断方法及治疗效果。结果:手术治疗后联合抗生素防治感染,治愈49例,1例因多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)死亡。治愈率98.0%,病死率2.0%。结论:早期确诊在腹部闭合性损伤合并单纯小肠破裂治疗过程中至关重要,做好充分积极手术准备、合理的手术方式、良好的术后治疗是患者治愈的关键,能有效的减少死亡病例,提高治愈率,减少并发症的发生,促进患者恢复健康。Objective ：To search the clinical diagnosis and therapy method of closed injury of abdominal combined simple intestine rupture, improve the cure rate, decrease the mortality rate.Methods ：Analyse the clinical diagnose method and effect of 50 closed injury of abdominal combined simple intestine rupture patients between December 2009 and December 2011 retrospectively.Results ：Apply antibiotics after operation to prevent infection, 49 patients were cured, 1 patient died of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）.The cure rate was 98.0%, while mortality rate was 2.0%.Conclusion ：In the therapy process of closed injury of abdominal combined simple intestine rupture, early diagnosis is very important, we should fully preparation, select reasonable operation method.The postoperation treatment is also very important, it could reduce mortality effectively, improve cure rate, decrease the incidence of complications.
