安徽省专利产出影响因素分析

摘　　要：本文从理论上阐明影响专利产出的直接因素和间接因素,接着利用安徽省17个市2006-2009年专利申请的面板数据,通过固定效应和随机效应回归分析,结果表明:直接因素如研发经费投入和研发人员投入显著地促进了区域专利产出的增加;而间接因素如经济发展水平、知识交易、外商直接投资和政府重视程度对区域专利产出的作用较为明显.最后提出提升安徽省专利产出的若干对策.It researches the factors of the output of patents which dividing into direct and indirect. The factors could provide ref- erence information to the additional number of the output of patents of Anhui Province. Collecting of the revenant data of 17 cit- ies of the province, dating back from 2006 to 2009, then by fixed effect and random effect in regression, the results showed that ：direct factor for development and research personnel in the area of the patent significant improve the output of patent ; while indirect factor in economic development, knowledge of the trade, foreign direct investment and the government also attach great importance to regional level of patent output, but less than direct factors concerned. At last, the article gives counter- measures of how to promote Anhui patent output.
