摘  要:学习记忆;;cGMP;;一氧化氮合酶抑制剂;;免疫组织化学;;Behavioral test and immnohistochemistry methods were used in present study. Results demonstrated, for the first time, that after a spatial alternation or active avoidance training, cGMP positive reaction increased obviously in frontal cortex and hippocampus of rats. These areas were corresponded with those of up-regulation of NOS neurons, which we reported previously. But cGMP positive reaction and NADPH-d labeling were not found in the same cell. Administration of L-NAME (70mg/kg i.p)prior to training induced performence deficit of rats in a active avoidance task. Meanwhile expression of cGMP in frontal cortex and hippocampus significantly declined. Results suggest that nitric oxide/cGMP signal pathway may be involved in normal learning and memory process.
