摘　　要：在运用SWOT方法分析海上战略投送力量军民融合式发展优势、劣势、机会和威胁的基础上，结合我国经济和海运力量快速增长的现状，提出了我军海上战略投送力量军民融合式发展的战略选择，对我军海上战略投送力量的建设具有重要意义。On the basis of analyzing strong and weak points, opportunities and threats of the development of civil - military integration maritime strategic transportation forces of army, this paper proposes the strategic choice for development of civil- military integration maritime strategic transportation forces of army, combining with the present rapid growth situation of the economy and shipping power. It has important significance for the construction of maritime strategic transportation forces.
