益气润肠液对虚证便秘肛肠动力作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨益气润肠液对虚证便秘肛肠动力的作用。方法　将 10 7例虚证便秘患者随机分为治疗组 (36例 )、麻仁丸组 (36例 )、西沙比利组 (35例 )。观察便秘症状改善情况 ,并通过排粪造影、肛管直肠压力测定 ,分析治疗前后肛肠动力学的变化指标。结果　治疗组在改善松弛体征、增强排便反射方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　益气润肠液不仅具有与麻仁丸、西沙比利相同的增强肠道动力、润肠通便作用 ,而且还具有增强排便反射、提高盆底肌肉兴奋性的作用。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the defection dynamics of Yiqi Runchang Liquid in treating asthenic-type constipation. METHOD:107 cases of asthenic-type constipation were grouped randomly into treatment group, Maren group and cisapride group. The improvement of constipation was observed, and the changes of defection dynamics before and after the treatment were analyzed by the measurement of defecation radiography, perianal and perirectal pressure. RESULT:The treatment group was better than control group in improving physical sign of relaxation and enhancing defecation reflex ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Yiqi Runchang Liquid has the effects of not only enhancing intestinal dynamics, moisturizing the intestines and relaxing the bowels as Maren Pills and cisapride, but also enhancing defecation reflex and increasing excitability of muscle in pelvic bottom.
