摘  要:目的: 研究双下肢肌肉萎缩后, 对下肢干动脉血流动力学产生的影响。方法: 检测20 例双下肢肌肉萎缩患者及26例正常人双侧股动脉及足背动脉的各种血流多普勒参数。结果: (1) 与正常组相比, 肌萎缩组股动脉舒张末期血流速度升高、舒张早期反向血流速度降低、舒张早期反向血流持续时间缩短。两组差异显著(P< 0.01);(2) 两组间, 足背动脉血流多普勒参数无差异(P> 0.05)。结论: 双下肢肌肉萎缩对下肢干动脉的血流动力学产生影响, 主要影响是引起舒张期血流参数变化。Objective:To study the arterial hemodynamics in patients with myoatrophy of legs.Methods:The femoral artery and pedis dorsalis artery in 20 patients and 26 normal persons were examined.The peak systolic velocity(PSV),the end diastolic velocity(EDV),the early diastolic regurgitate velocity(EDRV),the early diastolic regurgitate duration(EDRD),the resistance index(RI),the pulsatility index(PI)and the mean enveloped velocity(MV)of the patitents measured were compared with the normal group.Results:Comparing with the normal persons,the patients showed increased mean EDV,decreased mean EDRV and EDRD( P <0 01).No significant difference of the hemodynamic parameters of the pedis dorsalis artery in the two groups.Conclusion:The femoral artery hemodynamics of the patients were influenced by the atrophyic muscles,increased diastolic velocity is the main feature.
