摘 要:近四十年来,随着计算机及其相关多种技术在智能仪器领域广泛、深入的应用,智能仪器有了很大发展和进步。智能仪器的最初定义"含有微处理器的测量仪器"早已不能全面、准确的描述当今智能仪器的强大功能、丰富内涵和构成特征。本文通过对近四十年来智能仪器软硬件构成的发展和进步的总结,探究计算机等相关技术进步对智能仪器技术革新与功能拓展的影响,试给出智能仪器的新定义,并通过与最初定义的比较,剖析该新定义所折射出的智能仪器技术进步的丰富内涵。For the past forty years, as the widely application of the ripe technology in the computer area, the meaning and expand of the intelligent instruments have a great change. The initial definition of intelligent instruments “measurement instrument which has a microprocessor” could not describe the characteristic and the meaning of the current intelligent instruments roundly and exactly. In this paper the development of the hardware and software of the intelligent instruments for the past forty years is summarized, and the effects of the development of the computer technology on the technical revolution and the functional expand of the intelligent instruments are explored, then a new definition of the intelligent instruments is given. And by the comparison with the initial definition, the meaning of the changes in the new definition which is based on the characteristic of the intelligent instruments development can be found.
