摘  要:介绍了一种向配电网母线电压互感器PT二次侧注入不同频率信号求得配电网接地电容的方法。通过测量PT低压侧电压的矢量参数,分析简化等值回路,利用矢量计算的方法列写求解方程组。通过此方法求得配电网的对地电容值,从而求出了配电网对地电容电流的大小。通过仿真分析,证明了该方法的正确性。最后将本方法置于工程实际,提出了工程实现中的误差优化措施。This paper introduces a method about measuring capacitance by way of injecting double signals with different frequencies into the secondary side of PT in distribution network. By measuring the voltage parameter in low-voltage side of PT and analyzing equivalent circuit, we can write equations by Vector calculation. With the method to obtain the value of capacitance which is ideal-to-ground in distribution network, and thus the value of capacitance current in distribution network is known. By the simulation analysis, the method is proved current. In the end the method is put into the engineering practice, and the approaches of reducing error are given in the realized for engineering.
