摘　　要：以农民专业合作社为抓手,不断提高农民组织化程度、生产规模化水平,是解决农产品产销难题的有效解决方法,为此,文章简要论述了壮大农民专业合作社的必要性,阐述了我国农民专业合作社的发展现状及其影响,分析了我国农民专业合作社发展中存在的问题,并提出了进一步推动农民专业合作社发展的对策和措施。It is an effective way to solve production and marketing problems of agricultural products by increasing farmers＇ organizational degree and the large-scale production level on the basis of strengthening the construction of farmers＇ professional cooperatives. The paper discusses the necessity to develop farmers~ professional cooperatives, with the development status and their effects expounded. And the paper also analyzes the problems existing in developing farmers＇ professional cooperatives in China, and points out the corresponding countermeasures.
