穴位磁疗法治疗中风偏瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察磁场电脉冲配合穴位治疗中风偏瘫的疗效。方法　将６２ 例患者随机分为磁场电脉冲配合经络穴位组（治疗组）和电针组（对照组）进行临床对比观察。结果　治疗组总好转率为９３．５５％ ，对照组为７０．９％ ，两组比较，Ｐ＜ ０．０５。结论　磁场电脉冲配合穴位治疗中风偏瘫疗效优于电针疗法。Purpose To observe the curative effect of magnetic field electric pulse plus point stimulation on apoplectic hemiplegia. Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into a group receiving magnetic field electric pulse plus point stimulation (treatment group) and a group receiving routine electropuncture (control group). Clinical comparative observation was carried out. Results The total improvement rate was 93.55% in treatment group and 70.9% in control group. P was less than 0.05 when the two groups were compared. Conclusion The curative effect of magnetic field electric pulse plus point stimulation on apoplectic hemiplegia is superior to that of routine electropuncture.
