手十二井穴刺络放血对实验性脑缺血大鼠缺血区脑组织氧分压影响的动态观察

摘　　要：目的　在前期工作的基础上，进一步观察手十二井穴刺络放血对脑缺血大鼠缺血区氧分压的影响。方法　采用复合针型固体氧电极监测ＭＣＡｏ 大鼠脑缺血模型大脑皮层缺血区组织ＰＯ２ 的动态变化及手十二井穴刺络放血对其影响。结果和结论　表明手十二井穴刺络放血延缓了脑组织的低氧状态的发展，从而对脑组织具有一定的保护作用。Objective To further investigate the influence of blood letting puncture of hand twelve well points on partial pressure of oxygen (PO 2) in the ischemic region in rats with cerebral ischemia.Methods On the basis of previous research, a complex needle solid oxygen electrode was used to monitor the dynamic change of PO 2 in corticocerebral ischemic region in a rat model of MCAo cerebral ischemia and the influence of blood letting puncture of hand twele well points on PO 2. Results and conclusion Blood letting puncture of hand twelve well points delays the development of cerebral hypoxia status and has a certain protecting effect on brain tissue.
