摘  要:现代钢铁企业中,铁水物流过程工艺复杂、设备众多,对铁水调度进行研究具有重要的理论意义及实际应用价值。在对铁水物流过程及铁水调度问题进行描述的基础上,提出了铁水调度的仿真策略,开发了基于可视化的图形化编辑器平台的铁水调度仿真系统,介绍了仿真系统的总体框架,应用离散事件仿真方法对铁水物流过程进行了仿真,并对扰动事件的模拟与识别模型、扰动的动态调整方法进行了研究。描述了仿真系统的软件结构及功能。应用国内某大型钢铁企业生产现场的实际数据进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明了所开发的铁水调度仿真系统的有效性,为深入研究铁水调度的智能优化算法提供了可视化的仿真实验平台,并为进一步在实际生产中应用奠定了基础。Thanks to the complexity of molten iron logistic process and multi-device in the large-scale iron and steel corporations,the research about the molten iron scheduling problems have important theoretic significance and practical application value.On the basis of analysis of molten iron logistic process and molten iron scheduling problems,simulation strategy of molten iron scheduling was proposed and simulation system was developed based on visual graphic editor platform.The framework of simulation system was explored.Molten iron logistics simulation was researched by discrete event simulation method.Furthermore,disturb events simulation,disturb identifying model and dynamic scheduling method of disturb events was studied.And the software structure and function of the system were discussed.The software system was tested by practical production data of a large-scale iron and steel corporation in China.Simulation results show the efficiency of the simulation system.The simulation system provides a test platform for further researching intelligent optimization algorithms of molten iron scheduling,which will lay the groundwork for application to production process in the future.
