摘 要:双机械端口电机(Dual Mechanical Ports Electric Machine,DMPM)是一种具有两个机械端口和两个电气端口的新型电机,基于该种电机的混合动力系统能够实现电力无级调速,已成为混合动力汽车研究领域中的一个热点。深度混合动力系统中的双机械端口电机内外转子之间设计一离合器,当内燃机工作在高效区时,离合器闭合,能量直接从发动机传递到驱动轴,提高效率。在分析整车工作模式、双机械端口电机和离合器数学模型的基础上,基于Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow建立了集DMPM、离合器、内燃机、控制器和整车为一体的仿真平台,经过对FTP75工况仿真表明:建立的仿真平台可以实现整车工作模式的模拟,同时对发动机启停、离合器闭合的动态过程进行实时仿真,对控制策略的仿真验证,减少调试和实验时间。The Dual Mechanical Ports Machine(DMPM) is a novel motor with two mechanical ports and two electrical ports.The Hybrid Electric Vehicle(HEV) based on such machine is becoming the research hotspot because it can achieve Electric Variable Transmission.A clutch was designed between outer rotor and inner rotor in DMPM used in deep hybrid power system.The clutch was engaged and the power from engine was transferred to drive shaft directly when the ICE was working in the optimum operational range,therefore the efficiency could be improved.After analyzing the work mode of vehicle,the mathematic modes of DMPM and clutch,the electromechanical integration simulation model was constructed with a set of DMPM,clutch,ICE,controller and vehicle as a whole based on Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow.FTP75 drive cycle simulation results show that real time simulation of the work mode of vehicle,the dynamic engaged and disengaged processes of clutch,the dynamic startup and stop of ICE can be implemented,and the control strategy can be varied by simulation to reduce the time of debug and experiments.
