摘 要:通过对现有真空浸漆工艺的研究,发现浸漆的过程中有一部分可以按程式化进行。其操作工艺相对固定,这一部分浸漆过程可以实现程序的自动运行。为了实现这一目的,更加方便而有效率的完成生产任务,通过运用组态王程序和PLC相互配合设计人机交互界面,更加直观的显示了设备的工作状态,实现了操做过程的可视化。本文简要的阐述了浸漆的工艺过程,并通过程序实例的介绍实现整个操作程序的自动化的过程。经实际生产验证,程序运行稳定可靠,同时,大大提高了生产效率。Through the study of vacuum pressure impregnation, it was found that the operating process of some parts in the impregnation process is relatively fixed, so it can be achieved by the program to run automatically. To achieve this for more convenient and efficient completion of the production tasks, the interactive interface was designed by the configuration program and PLC, which more intuitively display the working status of equipment and achieve the visualization of the operation process. This paper briefly described the impregnation process, and the automation of the operating procedures was introduced through the instance. By the actual production verification,the program is running stablely and reliablely, at the same time, greatly improving the production efficiency.
