补气活血方配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补气活血方配合西药治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法选取100例气虚血瘀型DPN患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。2组患者均在饮食控制和降糖药物治疗的基础上口服维生素B1和甲钴胺,治疗组同时予补气活血方治疗,2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补气活血方配合西药治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较好。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Buqi Huoxue decoction combined with western medi- cine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods One hundred patients with DPN of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis type were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control with 50 cases in each one. All the patients in both groups were given Vitamin BI and Mecobalamin by oral administration on the basis of treat- ment with hypoglyceimic agents and diet control, at the same time the treatment group was given Buqi Huoxue decoction. 4 weeks was one treatment course in both group, and all ones were treated for two course. Results The effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Buqi Huoxue decoction combined with west- ern medicine has a good curative effect on DPN of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis type.
