乳痛灵胶囊治疗乳腺增生病气滞痰凝血瘀证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察乳痛灵胶囊治疗乳腺增生病气滞痰凝血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将我院乳腺外科门诊确诊的乳腺增生病证属气滞痰凝血瘀证女性患者240例随机分为2组。治疗组120例口服乳痛灵胶囊,对照组120例口服安慰剂胶囊,疗程均为2个月经周期。结果:疾病疗效试验组总有效率为93.10%,对照组总有效率为35.04%,证候疗效试验组总有效率为93.97%,对照组总有效率为35.90%,2组疗效有显著性差异,试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:乳痛灵胶囊治疗乳腺增生病气滞痰凝血瘀证有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of Rutongling Capsule on the treatment of breast glands hyperplasia patients with qi stagnation of phlegm coagulation and blood stasis. Methods： 240 patients who were diagnosed as breast hyperplasia patients in our surgical outpatient were randomly divided into 2 groups, 120 per group. 120 patients in the treatment group were given Rutongling Capsule orally while 120 patients in the control group were given Placebo Capsule orally. The treatment course was two menstrual cycles. Results： The total rate of disease trial group was 93.10% while that of the control group was 35.04%. The total rate of syndromes experimental group was 93.97% while that of the control group was 35.90%. The efficacy of 2 groups showed significantly difference. The experimental group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion： Rutongling Capsule has a better effect on the treatment of mammary glands patients with qi stagnation of phlegm coagulation and blood stasis.
