摘　　要：结合贵州电网首个220kV数字化变电站改造中110kV母线保护改造，从改造方案、带负荷试验、其他间隔传动试验及电流互感器更换注意事项方面出现问题进行分析，提出解决措施，为其他变电站数字化改造及建设提供经验，为数字化变电站维护提供强有力的人才培养平台。Combing with the first digital reformation of 1 lOkV bus protection in Guizhou power grid, the paper analyses the problems in the reformation plan, on loading test, other interval transmission test and replacement of circuit transformer and presents solving meth- od, which provides the experience of the digital reformation and construction of other substation and provides the powerful talent cultiva- tion platform for the digital substation maintenance.
