摘　　要：分析钢球磨煤机衬板波形对出力的影响，对现行在磨煤机中使用的各型衬板分析论证、选型，对新型衬板进行试验定型，从而提高磨煤机出力降低制粉单耗，提高磨出矸石的能力，降低设备无效荷载，延长设备的使用寿命，提高了设备的安全可靠性运行水平。取得了良好的安全和经济效益。The paper analyzes the effect of the steel ball coal mill liner waveform to the output. To the various of liner used in the ball mill currently, the paper selects, tests and analyzes the new liners, which elevates the output of the ball mill and the ability to mill the gangue, educes the coal consumption and the devices invalid load, prolongs the services life of the devices and improves the safety and reliability operation level of the devices. The measure acquires the characteristic of safety and economic.
