从现代文学看民国灾荒下的人祸因素

摘　　要：现代文学对民国灾荒下的人祸因素作了生动形象的书写,反映了民国时期军阀割据、政治窳败不利于救灾的实施;揭露了国民政府的横征暴敛与繁重的苛捐杂税加重了灾民的负担;奸商的囤积居奇与军阀富豪的穷奢极欲与灾荒有着极大的关联;在对灾民的赈济中存在着漠视民命、贪污腐化等人祸因素。这些都加剧了天灾给人民带来的灾难,致使灾荒愈演愈烈。The contemporary literature exhibited the man - made famine factors in the period of the Republic of China vividly, reflected the warlords and political corruption not conducive to the implementation of disaster relief and exposed the national government ＇ s exacting and onerous exactions increased the burden on the victims. Profiteer＇s hoarding and powerful warlord＇s extravagance has a great association with famine. There were many man -made factors in the relief of victims such as corruption and disregarding human life. These exacerbated the people ＇ s catastrophe by natural and caused famine intensified.
