摘　　要：近代中国从传统社会向工业化社会的转型中,资金问题是如何解决的?中国近代缺乏资本原始积累,政府对数量最大也最为活跃的民间资本企业的资金援助极为有限。因此,正是在这里,我们看到了中国民间金融机构、传统社会筹资习惯和途径以及机器工业产生后民间应运而生的企业筹资方式,承担了工业化进程中对资本的需求重担。这里分析的民间金融机构融资、企业吸收社会储蓄和企业内部多种挖潜积累的扩张方式,展示了一幅幅中国民间金融资本活跃的历史图景。How were financing problems solved when modern China was transforming from a traditional society into an industrializing one？ Modern China lacked the experience of primitive accumulation of capital.Moreover,there were limited subsidies from the government for privately funded enterprises which were most vibrant and existent in great numbers.Against this background,we can see that the great needs for capital in the process of industrialization have been met with private financial institutions,traditional ways and practices of financing,and financing methods adopted by modern private enterprises after the emergence of machinery industries.Here is an analysis of financing through private financial institutions,direct collection of savings by enterprises,and various expanding ways within enterprises to increase capital accumulation internally,thus presenting a series of historical pictures about active private finance in modern China.
