摘　　要：文章通过分析甘蔗葡聚糖形成原因及对制糖工业的危害,综合比较国内外甘蔗葡聚糖各种检测方法,得出甘蔗葡聚糖是评定糖料甘蔗品质的一个新指标,并指出免疫检测方法是很有前景的方向。In this paper, the causes for the formation and it＇s damage of sugarcane dextran in sugar industry were briefly introduced. Meanwhile, the detection methods of sugarcane dextran home and abroad were compared. Finally, a view is proposed that sugarcane dextran be a new indicator to measure sugar cane quality, and pointed out that immunoassays is a very promising direction.
