摘　　要：利用Skyline软件系统的优势和Skyline Terra ExplorerAPI，研究并设计实现了乌东德库区地形三维可视化与地质灾害信息管理系统。该系统由检索浏览系统和空间分析系统两个不同的层次组成，检索浏览系统包括对地质灾害信息的三维显示、浏览漫游、信息检索、数据统计、属性信息查询、详情资料查看打印等功能；空间分析功能包括空间量算、地形分析、洪水淹没预测等功能模块。目前使用的效果证明，系统可以对乌东德库区三维地形场景进行逼真的展示，能够为管理者提供可视化的决策支持平台，达到了设计的目的。Taking advantage of the Skyline software and the Skyline TerraExplorer API, this paper has designed a 3D visualization geology disaster information system in Wudongde Reservoir Area. The system consists of two parts, retrieval browsing system and spatial analysis system. Retrieval browsing system has several functions such as displaying, brow- sing, information retrieval, data statistics, querying, searching, and printing. Spatial analysis system sets the core modules, including spatial calculation, terrain analysis, and flood analysis. It is verified by application that this system can be used for displaying 3D scenes of Wudongde Reservoir Area terrain, providing decision support for the governor, which meets the design requirements wholly.
