摘　　要：本研究在扫描电镜下观察了健康人及冠心病血瘀证患者血小板的一般形态及聚集形态。发现血瘀证患者血小板在一般状态下伪足形成及细胞表面变化较多,粘附及聚集性增强;加入ADP后形成的聚集体也较健康人为大,细胞膜的融合程度更为严重。64 cases of CHD with stahmation of blood and 36 healthy people were studied on platelet shape and aggregating structure under scanning electronic microscope. The study showed that the platelet of patient and blood-stasis had large number and aggregating activity, severe cell membrane fusion. After ADP was added, more platelet aggregating body were found in the patient group.
