三七琥珀丸活血化瘀接骨续筋作用随机平行对照观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察三七琥珀丸活血化瘀接骨续筋作用。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例按掷硬币方法随机分为两组,治疗组110例三七琥珀丸(3次/d,1丸/次)。对照组90例伤科接骨片(3次/d,4片/次)。均从伤后或术后24h内给药,连续服药6周。观察疼痛、肿胀、肢体活动情况及拍摄骨折处X线并记录积分,血尿常规、肝功肾功、离子、心电图,毒副作用安全性评价。连续服药6周,随访2.5年判定疗效。[结果]12例退出(实验组5例,对照组7例),9例未获随访(实验组5例,对照组1例)。实际179例完观察,均未报告出现不良反应。连续服药6周,随访6个月～2.5年,平均13个月。临床症状及分变化治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组均有活血化瘀,消肿止痛,接骨续筋作用,用药前2周,两组无明显区别(P>0.05),4周后,治疗组消肿止痛接骨续筋作用明显好于对照组,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]三七琥珀丸疗效确实,消肿止痛接骨作用明显,毒副作用小,值得广泛推广应用。San Qi Hu Puo Pill Huoxue Huayu the Jiegu Xujin role. [Method] The use of randomized controlled method, 200 cases of 000 method were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 110 cases of San Qi, Hu Puo Pill （3 times / d, 1 pill/time）. The control group of 90 cases Shangke Jiegu tablet （3 times / day, 4/times）. After injury or within 24h after administration, the medication for six weeks. Observation of pain, swelling, and physical activity in and shooting the X - ray of the fracture and record the points, urinalysis, liver function, renal function, ion, electrocardiogram, toxicity safety evaluation. Medica- tion for six weeks, follow - up of 2.5 years to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 12 cases of exit （ experimental group, five cases of the control group, 7 cases） , nine cases without follow - up （ experimental group 5 cases, the control group （ n = 1 ） ）. Finished observe the actual 179 cases, no reports of adverse reactions. Medica- tion for six weeks and followed for 6 months to 2.5 years, an average of 13 months. Clinical symptoms and the points change in the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） in both groups Huoxue Huayu Xiaozhong Zhitong, the Jiegu Xujin role two weeks before treatment, and second, no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） after 4 weeks Huoxue Huayu, treatment group of Jiegu Xujin by significantly better than the control group, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The San Qi, Hu, Puo Pill efficacy indeed, Xiaozhong Zhitong Jiegu obvious toxic side effects, be widely conducted.
