摘　　要：干燥综合征属"燥痹"范畴,乃津液化生与运行敷布失常。"脾主为胃行其津液",脾对津液生成、运转作用重要。气阴两伤、血瘀阴枯、燥毒生风,均与脾密切相关。"燥者濡之",培土健脾系治疗宗旨。从脾气虚论治有益气健脾、滋阴润燥,益气健脾、温阳通脉,燥湿健脾、益气生津;从脾阴虚论治有补脾益阴、滋胃生津,滋阴润燥、益气生津,益胃养阴、清热生津。Sjogren＇s syndrome is a ＂ dry bi＂ category, but im and operation of the body fluid compress disorders. ＂The Lord will have its body fluid for stomach＂, to generate the body fluid, running the spleen, an important role. Gas Yin two injury, blood stasis Yin is born, dry poison wind, are closely related with the spleen. ＂The dryness of this＂ , the spleen is the earth up treatment principle. From temper deficiency is beneficial and nourishing spleen qi dryness, spleen yiqi, WenYangTong arteries and veins, dry wet invigorating spleen Yiqi, oneself; From the spleen deficiency of Yin treatment for a spleen, stomach nourish Yin AIDS, tonifying qi Yin dryness, sitting, benefit stomach nourish ＂ Yin＂ , sitting by the heat.
