摘  要:[目的]观察强肾片对维甲酸大鼠骨质疏松的影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、强肾片高、中、低剂量组、仙灵骨葆组(10只/组)。除空白对照组外,各组大鼠连续2周灌胃维甲酸CMC悬液70mg/(kg.d)复制骨质疏松模型。同时空白对照组和模型组,灌胃蒸馏水10mL/kg;强肾片各组按500mg/kg、250mg/kg、125mg/kg不同剂量灌胃强肾片;仙灵骨葆组,按500mg/kg灌胃仙灵骨葆。2周后停止灌胃维甲酸,继续灌胃受试药物2周。实验结束前2天,将实验大鼠放入代谢笼,接取尿液测定钙、磷和羟脯氨酸。末次给药后,禁食24h,眶静脉取血。测定血钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶,骨钙素含量。采血后处死动物,取股骨固定做病理组织学检查,取另一测股骨测定骨密度和骨强度。[结果]维甲酸导致大鼠骨密度和骨硬度下降、血磷、血清碱性磷酸酶含量升高、血清骨钙素升高、尿钙和尿羟脯氨酸排出增加、骨密度降低、骨钙含量减少、骨抗弯强度和最大弯曲力下降、骨小梁变细。强肾片可增加骨密度和骨矿含量,降低血磷、碱性磷酸酶和血清骨钙素含量,降低尿钙和羟脯氨酸排除量,促进骨形成,增加股骨抗弯强度和最大弯曲力,增加骨钙含量,使胫骨骨小梁直径增粗、结构和排列恢复正常。[结论]强肾片对维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松有对抗作用。[ Objective ] To observe Qiangshen Tablet of retinoic acid in rat osteoporosis. [ Methods ] Randomized controlled, 60 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Qiangshen Tablet, low- dose group, Xianling Gubao group (10 / group). In addition to the blank control group, rats in each group for two weeks garage retinoic acid CMC suspension 70 mg/ ( kg day) copy the model of osteoporosis. Stop two weeks after the intragastric administration of retinoic acid gavage test drugs for two weeks. Last dose after 24 hours of fasting, the orbital vein blood. Determination of calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin content. Blood after the ani- mals were killed femur fixed to do histopathologic examination, and take another measurement femur for the determination of bone mineral density and bone strength. [ Results ] Retinoic acid lead to decreased bone min- eral density and bone hardness, phosphorus, elevated serum alkaline phosphatase, serum osteocalcin increased urinary calcium and urinary hydroxyproline excretion increased, decreased bone density, bone The calcium content is reduced, bone bending strength and the maximum bending force decreased trabecular bone thinning. Qiangshen tablets can increase bone mineral density and bone mineral content, lower pigment con- tent of phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and serum osteocalcin, reduce urinary calcium and hydroxyproline excretion and promote bone formation, increase in femur bending strength and the maximum bending force to increase the calcium content, so that the diameter of the tibial trabeeular bone thickening, structure and arrangement back to normal.
