摘　　要：陕川渝三地产业间有着紧密的历史性的联系,但也存在着产业结构落后,产业趋同度高,城市定位重复,基础设施接轨不完善等问题。利用区域专业系数和偏离-份额分析方法,分析"西三角"经济圈的分工现状,并对陕西在"西三角"经济圈中第二产业发展的定位和分工提出建议。Shaanxi,Sichuan and Chongqing have close inter-industry historical linkages,but their industrial structures are also somewhat falling behind, and have problems such as industry duplication and inadequate infrastructure. The paper uses location quotient analysis and Shift-Share Method to help Shaanxi find its direction in industrial development and positioning of recommendations in the ＂West Delta＂ economic circle.
