摘　　要：黑龙江新材料产业战略联盟的稳定性问题成为影响新材料产业长期发展的关键要素。基于黑龙江省新材料产业的发展现状,找出黑龙江新材料产业战略联盟稳定发展过程中存在的问题,并分析战略联盟稳定性的影响因素,提出有助于黑龙江新材料产业战略联盟实现稳定快速发展的对策建议。The stability of the Heilongjiang new materials industry strategic alliance is the key factors to support long-term development of the new materials industry. Based on the present situation of the development of new materials industry in Heilongjiang,the paper finds out the problems of new materials industry at present,analyzes the main factors influencing on stability of strategic alliance, and puts forward a few effective countermeasures that contribute to the stability and long-term development of strategic alliance of new materials industry in Heilongjiang.
