摘 要:为优化密集烘烤工艺和提高烤烟上部叶可用性,以上部烟叶为试验材料,对密集烘烤定色期不同升温速度对其化学成分可用性与外观质量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在密集烘烤过程中,适当降低定色期升温速度能明显改善上部烟叶的化学成分可用性,明显改善烟叶的烤后外观质量和提高烟叶品质,其中以处理T2(42~47℃以1℃/2 h升温,47~54℃以1℃/2 h升温)的效果最佳。In order to optimize bulk curing technology and improve the usability of upper flue-cured tobacco leaves,the effects of different heating rates at leaf-drying stage on the usability of chemical components and appearance quality of upper flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied.The results revealed that: in the process of bulk curing,appropriately reducing the heating rate at leaf-drying stage could obviously enhance the usability of chemical components in tobacco leaves,and improve the appearance quality of the dried tobacco leaves.The treatment T2(the heating rate was 1 ℃/2 h during 42~47 ℃ and during 47~54 ℃) had the best effect.
