摘 要:为实现打叶复烤过程片烟结构质量稳定性的控制,利用SPC技术对云南省烟草公司2008年的片烟样品CAAF3进行统计分析,构造了分析用控制图和控制用控制图,并对过程进行了稳态判断和过程能力分析,结果表明:第3组和第5组样品的打叶过程出现稳定异常;异常因素消除后的过程能力(Cpk=0.36)较低,因此SPC技术可以对打叶复烤过程片烟结构质量进行有效检测和控制,以满足烟草工业需求。In order to realize the control of structural quality stability of tobacco lamina in the process of threshing and redrying,the tobacco lamina samples(CAAF3),which came from Yunnan province in 2008,were analyzed by using statistical process control(SPC) technology.The control charts for analysis and for control were constructed in this paper,and the judgment of steady state and the analysis of process capability were made.The results indicated that the samples in group 3 and group 5 were unstable in the course of threshing,and their process capability after eliminating unstable factors was lower(Cpk=0.36).So the SPC technology could effectively detect and control the structural quality of tobacco lamina in the process of threshing and redrying,and it could satisfy the demand of tobacco industry.
