摘　　要：介绍了阿根廷养牛业的概况及肉牛养殖的特点、乳制品产业及其制品加工业的发展、牛生物技术及其胚胎繁殖技术的优势,以及阿根廷荷兰牛协会所从事的具体管理工作。This article introduces the general situation of cattle industry,the characteristics of beef cattle rearing,the development of dairy products industry and its processing industry,the advantages of cattle bio-technology and embryo propagation technology in Argentina,as well as the definite management work of Argentina Holstein Association.
