摘　　要：文中分析了目前政府部门外网的应用需求,通过运用技术工具,搭建网络运维管理体系,通过分析解决一个实际的运维管理事件,体现了网络运维管理体系的实际应用。The application requirements of outside network in government departments is analyzed, through the application of technology tools, setts up the network operation and maintenance management system, and through the analysis to solve a practical events in network operation and maintenance management, reflects the practical application of network management system.
