摘  要:信息产业近年来迅猛发展,嵌入式系统工程人才培养与产业发展严重脱节。基于这一现实,许多应用型本科院校开设了嵌入式系统的课程教学,但却没有形成完整的课程体系。文立足于嵌入式应用复合型人才的培养,结合社会现实,探索出一种基于工程训练模式的嵌入式复合型拔尖创新人才的培养方法。有效解决嵌入式实践教学中遇到的各种困难和问题,并适应形势的变化和发展,提高嵌入式专业人才的培养水平,以一种创新的工程训练模式培养社会需要的高素质嵌入式人才。In recent years, information industry develops quickly, causing embedded engineering personnel training and industrial development apart seriously. Based on the reality for many applications colleges offer course of the embedded system, but did not form a complete curriculum system. This article is based on the embedded composite personnel training, combined with the social reality; to explore the training methods for embedded composite top-notch innovative talents based on engineering training mode. Effectively solve the various difficulties and problems in embedded practice teaching, and to adapt to the changes and developments. Furthermore, improve the level of training for embedded professionals to cultivate high-quality embedded talent to meet the needs of the community.
