摘　　要：研究出一种智能化的光纤连接器端面干涉测试仪 ,它不仅可以给出光纤端面的二维截面图和三维形貌图 ,还能提供各种纵向、横向的评定参数值。描述了它的测量原理及系统设计。An intelligent interferometer for measuring end surface of optic fiber connector is developed.It not only provides 2 D section and 3 D contour of optic fiber end surface,but also provides its various longitudinal and transverse evaluation parameters.Its measuring principle and system design are described in the paper.
