摘  要:原油库的大型化发展趋势为输油泵的优化匹配及节能运行提出更高的要求。以我国东部油田某油库为应用实例,在拟合各外输泵运行特性方程的基础上,通过求解以泵机组最小耗电量为目标函数的运行优化模型,给出对应于不同输量的运行优化方案;应用工程分析方法建立了外输泵黑箱分析模型。对油库2台在用并联运行泵机组的分析结果表明,由于未采取变频调速,节流损占到供给的9.33%,具有一定的节能潜力。在给出外输泵变频后扬程-流量、效率-流量计算公式及调速泵频率计算方法的基础上,分析了原油库2台同型号泵并联一定一调时的节能节效果,为有效降低油库生产能耗提供理论依据。The large-scale development trend of oil depot puts forward the higher requirements for optimal matching and energy-saving operation of oil pumps. Some depots of eastern oil field in our country is used as an application example. Firstly, on the foundation of the fitting operation char- acteristic equations of oil transfer pumps, the optimization operation plans under different flowrate are worked out by solving the optimization operation model, of which objective function is the least electricity consumption of oil pumps. Then the black box exergy analysis model of transfer pump is established according to engineering exergy analysis methods,and the exergy analysis re- sults of oil pumps in parallel operation show that,it has a certain energy-saving potential as throt- tling exergy loss accounted for 9. 33% of supply exergy without frequency conversion. Finally, based on the flowrate-lift and flowrate-efficiency equations of oil transfer pumps after frequency conversion and the frequency calculation method of governor pumps,the energy and exergy saving effects of the two same type pumps in parallel operation with one constant speed and the other modulation frequency are analyzed, so as to provide theory instructions to reduce energy consump-tion of oil depot effectively.
