摘　　要：针对工程设计院重要资源的图纸和设计文档管理仍然停留在人工管理阶段,造成的资源严重浪费这一问题。论文以云南某甲级勘察设计院为研究对象,设计并实现了基于Web的图文管理信息系统,实现了图文管理的信息化。With increasing levels of information, computer-aided design（CAD）has been almost entirely replaced the traditional manual design in Architectural Institute. However, the management of drawings and design document, which is an important resource for the Institute, still remain in the manual management. This has resulted in the low using rate of graphic resources. This paper aims to solve the problem, a Web-based Document Management System（WDMS） that is based yunnan class survey and design institute for the study is designed and achieved. The WDMS improves the efficiency of document management.
