摘　　要：皂基型洁面膏因起泡力佳,泡沫丰富细腻,除污干净彻底,用后容易冲洗干净,能给予皮肤洁净清爽感,为消费者喜爱洁面产品之一。从皂基型洁面膏的配方结构和批量生产工艺2方面阐述了皂基型洁面膏中各种组分对皂基体系的作用,以及生产工艺关键控制点对最终产品的影响。The soap cleanser is one of the favorite cleansing products for consumers.The soap cleanser has many features,such as good foaming power,delicate foam,thorough clean of skin impurities,easy rinse after use and perfectly fresh and clear feeling of skin.The paper presented the formula structure,mass production process of soap cleanser,and expounded the role of the various components in the soap cleanser,as well as the influence of the production process CCP(critical control points) on the product.
