辽宁农民工身体健康调查分析

摘　　要：主要通过查阅文献及身体健康测试等方法对辽宁农民工身体健康状况进行研究。辽宁农民工身体健康自测总体得分男性75.45±10.71,女性73.63±11.8,男女之间差异存在显著性(P<0.01)。身体健康评定总分和生理、心理、社会三个子量表评分,男性均高于女性;生理健康水平随年龄的增长呈逐年下降趋势,各年龄段呈非常显著性差异(P<0.01);身体健康自测得分,随受教育程度的变化趋势非常明显,差异非常显著(P<0.01),受教育程度越高,总分越高;月收入越高,身体健康自测得分越高。提示城市体育设施的建设要充分考虑农民工身体健康特点,保障农民工享有体育服务的公共资源,增加公益性体育设施建设,通过参与体育活动提高农民工身体健康水平。A health survey of migrant workers in Liaoning is analyzed mainly by the methods of literature review and physical health assessment, etc. The total score of the farmer-turned-worker self assessed physical health in Liaoning ：males （75. 45 ± 10.71 ）, females （73.63 ±11.8 ）, and there is a significant difference between males and females （ P 〈 0.01 ）. During overall physical health assessment and its three subscales （ physical, mental, and social aspects ）, the scores of male are higher than the ones of females. The level of physical health decreases with age to an increase trend. The difference for each age is significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. For physical health self assessment, it changes significantly with the trend of education attainment,and the difference is significant （P 〈 0.01 ）, which means the person with higher education attainment gets higher total score, and the one with higher monthly salaries gets higher physical health self assessment. The analysis sug- gests that sports facility construction should fully consider the characteristics of the migrant workers＇ physical health and protect physical service public resources of farmer-turned-workers. It is necessary to increase public physical welfare construction, and improve the health level of migrant workers by the participation of sports activities.
