摘  要:目的:探讨过度训练对大鼠胃肠吸收、糖贮备的影响,以及四君子汤结合补糖对改善胃肠功能和提高机体糖贮备的效果。方法:95只健康的Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分为五组。所有运动组进行6周的递增负荷游泳运动。测定D-木糖水平、胃泌素、胃动素、肌糖原、肝糖原、血糖、睾酮、皮质酮等指标。结果:经过6周递增负荷游泳训练,综合评定运动对照组大鼠达到过度训练状态。健脾补糖运动组与运动对照组相比,D-木糖和肌糖原差异具高度显著性。结论:四君子汤结合补糖能够在增强胃肠功能的基础上,提高机体的糖贮备,防止递增负荷游泳大鼠过度训练和脾虚的发生。Abstract:Objective:Explore the effects of overtraining on rats' gastrointestinal absorption and sugar reserves, as well as the effects of Sijunzi decoction combined with sugar supplement to improve gastrointestinal function and the body' s sugar reserves. Methods:The 95 male Wistar rats were adopted in this experiment: The rats were randomly divided into five groups and were trained with swimming for 6 weeks in all exercise groups. D-xylos~, motilin, gastrin, muscle glycogen, liv- er glycogen, blood sugar, testosterone, corticosterone were scaled. Results:After six weeks of incremental load swimming training, comprehensive assessment of exercise control rats to reach the state of overtraining. Compared with exercise con- trol group, the D-xylose and muscle glycogen of Sijunzi decoction and sugar supplement group is highly significant. Con- clusion: Sijunzi decoction combined with sugar supplement can improve the body' s sugar reserve, on the basis of enhanced gastrointestinal function to prevent the occurrence of over-training and ' Pi Xu' after incrementing the load of swimming exercise.
